1. Awaken with gratitude.
Waking up with gratitude can be done with practice. It is simply a habit like any other – one that will not just raise your vibration, but make you a happier person too.
Your day cannot start any better than with having thoughts of joy and gratitude and thankfulness for all that you have and all the good that has already happened to you.

2. Write out all the things you are grateful for.
Being grateful is so important in fact, that I encourage you to write out all the things that you are grateful for. The mere act of writing what you are grateful for will raise your vibration instantly.
Take out a notebook, and just start writing whatever comes to mind.
- I am grateful for the delicious lunch I had today.
- I am grateful for the love of my wife.
- I am grateful for the health that I have.
- I am grateful for the smiles of my children.
- I am grateful for my amazing job.
When you have an extensive list written down that you can read to yourself before you go to sleep and when you wake up, it will be even easier to wake up with gratitude each morning!

Loving everything is harder than it sounds. When you get better at this, you will notice that your base level of vibration has also risen by a substantial amount.
But just like gratitude, loving everything is a habit that comes with practice. Some people and things you already love. Others you feel neutral towards or you just ‘like’ them, instead of ‘love’ them.
These are great to start off with. You may love cats, but just be OK with dogs. Try to see all the beauty that dogs posses. They are as playful as a cat is, just in a different way. They are more loyal and are just as happy when you pet them.
Learn how to love them – it is a great exercise with lessons that you can later use to love everything and everyone else – and spread joy wherever you go!
4. Go and be somewhere that feeds your soul.
Do anything you enjoy at least for an hour a day. It is a way to feed your soul – as if nothing else, you will at least be grateful and look forward to that one hour a day. It’s a good start!
You might enjoy a long walk, good music, a meditation. Maybe you just want to be alone for an hour? Or you love to cook! It’s all good – whatever you find joy in – do it – and your vibrations will rise!
5. Tune in to the higher power with gratitude and love.
Listen to your higher self. It will always attempt to guide you towards more love, joy, gratitude and energy – all of which automatically raises your vibration!
