What is guided meditation?

Guided meditation uses a special technique, incorporating meditation and visualization, where the listener is taken on a journey, by a narrator. In the Guided Mind experience this journey is in three parts: A complete mind/body relaxation experience, a relaxing journey to help strengthen your visualization skills, and another journey to help you reach your goals in life.

As your body and mind is in a state of relaxation, the visualization journey will access your subconscious mind to develop the mindset you require to reach any of your goals in life. The subconscious mind is not normally accessible by the conscious mind, but is working all the time for us in good and bad ways. Our aim here at Guided Mind is to input only positive and beneficial images to help you attain your goals.

What if I am not good at seeing things in my mind?

Your visualization skills will be greatly enhanced after you have listened to our mediations a few times. We include a specific journey, on each album, to help with this. Once you've strengthened your visualization skills, you will see a dramatic reduction in the time it takes you to reach your goals in life.

We can all visualize, it's just that some are better than others due to the fact they they have strengthened their visualization skills, either consciously or unconsciously. You need to have this skill if you are going to be the success you were born to be.

Will I be hypnotised?

In a word, No! Our albums are not hypnotic in nature. They are however deeply relaxing and you may find yourself daydreaming or wandering in and out of thought, but you will not enter a hypnotic trance. The natural state of relaxation you enter simply helps you to open up to the powerful effects of the visualization.

Do you use subliminal messages, binaural beats or brainwave entrainment?

No. Whilst these techniques can be beneficial , we do not use them as we are looking for a direct way to access your subconscious mind, namely to help you to visualize, and we can do this best without other techniques, just through our simple, powerful, guided narrative journeys.
