    I put your Guided Meditations on a loop and play them while I sleep. Since I’ve been doing that I have not experienced insomnia, and I no longer wake up tired in the morning. While I am not yet back to the amount of work I used to do every day, after two weeks it’s going much better, and I no longer fear not being able to finish the book I’m writing.
