8 Things to Tell Your Children Every Day

We all love our children and want the best for them. We also want them to be happy, productive human beigns that will change the world for the better.

Here are the things to tell your children to help them grow up into amazing human beings.

8 Things to Tell Your Children Every Day.

1. You're amazing.

This will give them a deep self belief at an early age. When your children believe that they are amazing, they are ready to take on the world and do amazing things.

You can't tell them this too many times. As you are well aware, the world around them will be all too happy to tell them that they are average.

2. I love you.

Knowing they are loved no matter what - is crucial.

When your children know and feel beyound doubt that they are loved at home, they will not be needy of love from others around them. When they are not needy, other people tend to like them more.

3. Be kind to people.

Teach them kindness through your actions.

Words alone go only so far, but when you demonstrate that you are kind even when it is not convenient for you - that sends a strong message to your kids.

4. That's your decision.

Teach them to be independent and show them the law of cause and effect.

When your children feel free to make their own mistakes and when they understand that all of their actions (or inaction) have consequences, they will be unstoppable!

5. Tell me about your day.

Again, knowing that you are interested in them makes them feel secure.

Everyone has to share at least parts of their lives with others. When you listen to their stories, your children know that they are accepted and loved. It's that simple.

6. Manners please.

This is something they should carry through to adulthood and is important from a young age.

Having manners becomes more important as we grow older, and it is best to teach them to your kids when they are young and suck knowledge in as a spunge does water

.

7. Be grateful for what you have.

By showing that you are grateful for what you have, you pass this onto your children.

One of the best things that you can teach your kids is how they can be grateful. When you teach them to foucs on everything they already have, and help them understand that possessions are far less important than experiences, you will do them a tremendous favor.

8. What would you like to do...

Again, teaching them to make decisions when they are younger is good, but also showing that compromise needs to happen sometimes.

Even though you have the power of a dictator, especially when your children are younger, does not mean you should be one. When you compromise and listen to your childrens desires, you teach them that their opinions are valued and that they matter. This will help them be confident when they grow up.
