If we complain, that means that we have not fully accepted the situation yet and don’t understand why our actions netted an outcome that they did. We will likely repeat our actions, and unfortunately, the outcome as well. Then we will complain to anyone who would listen.

People have been coming to the wise man, complaining about the same problems all the time.
- One day, the wise man told them a joke and everyone roared with laughter.
- After a couple of minutes he told them the same joke and only a few of them smiled.
- When he told the same joke for the third time, no one laughed anymore.
The wise man asked why no one was laughing.
One of the group told him: “You have told the same joke three times! It’s not funny anymore, as you are not changing any of it.”
The wise man smiled and said: “You can’t laugh at the same joke over and over. So why are you always complaining about the same problem over and over again, without changing anything?”
How to Stop Complaining.

1. By being grateful for your situation in life and what you already have.

Many times people fear change and what it might bring.
