    I am currently 22 years old and have recently began using meditation techniques to improve my all round well being. Before I started I had been un employed for over 3 years and had a serious problem with cannabis.. since taking time out of my seemingly “terrible” life to compose my thoughts and set small targets aswell as the meditation techniques I have began using a gym, gained weight, started job hunting but I think most importantly the meditation gave me the ability to see that not only was my life actually great but I also deserve so much more than I originally accepted. I am proud to say that before I looked into techniques such as law of attraction, meditation, abundance, manifesting I genuinely did not believe it would work, I can now say 100% fact, positivity and meditation can take you from an unemployed drug abusing kid to an successful and happy young man.
